I am running a bowl pool and started with the Myrtle Beach Bowl. A player entered after this game completed. The players picks are submitted and the player listed in my pool roster, but not on the standings page. Will the players name be added to the standings page once the game is started

Hi Mike,

Can you check again? Might ahve been a caching issue. If you still don't see what you expect, can you let me know the name of the player you expect to see on the Standings page that isn't showing.

Thanks,

Fred

Everything looks good now. Thanks.

Great website. I run a NFL confidence pool, NCAA bowl pool, and NCAA March Madness bracket pool. I have had to run those pools on different websites because the sites I use do no offer all 3. So the players have to remember 3 different logins and 3 different passwords to sites they go to once a year.

Due to the pandemic I did not have many people interested in college football this year. So only 6 people are in the bowl pool. So we are gonna "guiena pig" with this group on your website for the bowl pool.

I will more than likely use you guys for all 3 going forward, if everything goes well. It will be one stop shop for all our pools. I like the playoff confidence option as well. I would use the playoff as one week for the players. I also like the option to pre determine pts on the bowls. In the past I have had to use the website for picks and then transfer picks to an excel spreadsheet. A lot of work and mistakes would happen once in awhile.

Thanks Mike! That being said, please don't base things on college bowl pool behavior, its the least stable of all the pools. :) The reason why is primarliy because of COIVD requiring us to make last-second, not well-tested changes mostly to deal with the college regular season final week overlapping with the start of the bowl week (week 16). We are currently stable but on alert. :)

Just FYI, if you encounter any issues, this forum works fine to post your question, however the help desk at support.officepoolstop.com has more exposure (more Admins looking at it), and hence more likely to get faster response.
