Using TNF winnings for more bets on Sunday and for MNF

Is all of this dictated by the Grace Period?  In the past, we set it at 255 so bets for all games could be changed throughout the week.  This year, I thought we could set the Grace Period at 1 hour (to lock in bets after they were made) thinking that once the bet cleared (e.g., on Thursday Night Football), an owner would then be able to use the balance for Sunday and Monday's games.  But it looks like the 1 hour Grace Period just puts a hard lock on things.  Can you explain if there is a way to lock in bets shortly after made AND allow the winnings to be used later that same week?  Seems like it can't be done, but maybe I've overlooked it.  Thanks a ton!
