Adjusting Week to Start and Bye Week

Hi, Fantastic site and thank you guys so much for all of the work you put in on this. 

So here is my situation: I had some late commers to my pickem league and decided to not count week 1 for our regular season records. I went into the league settings and made the start week Week 2. This seemed to make the adjustment I wanted; however, it is still counting the bye week for many of us as Week 1. Is there a setting I missed, an alternate procedure I need to do, or is this something I'll need to adjust manually?
