Posted Nov 18, 2013 at 6:32 PM We had a player in a Pickem league this week who submit picks and the server timed-out. This should be a rare occurrance, but like any database on the internet problems can and will occur. When this happens, a warning is posted on the picks page, but this player missed the warning, which can understandably happen if you are in a hurry and don't wait for the confirmation. This is just a reminder to be sure you wait for the 'Picks Submitted' picks page that displays when the picks are received (see below). I've now added an enhancement that will send you a warning email that your picks were not processed if a server timeout happens.

Posted Nov 19, 2013 at 7:51 AM Fred, due to the Bears being given a loss during the middle of the game this weekend and then winning, I have a player who can't make a pick cuz the system thinks he's out of lives. How do I resolve this? |

Good catch, it didn't occur to me the ESPN flub's impact on Survivor leagues since those leagues can end sooner on Sunday. I'll have a fix shortly, and will post an update in the related thread in the General Inquires thread. Fred
