Help with login

Solution

Please note that virtually all login issues are user problems. Be sure to use the proper case (upper or lower), and use the correct special character if you have one in your username or password. For example, one user had a single quote (') in their password, but they were typing in the back quote (`) symbol next to the 1 on their keyboard.

You should normally get the login info almost right away. Be sure to check your spam folder, or your 'All Mail' folder. If you do not receive the email with login info, you may have unsubscribed from getting emails from our site in the past. Click here to re-enable receiving emails from our site.

If you forgot the email you signed up with, ask your league manager (or anyone else in your league) to look it up. All they have to do is login and click on your name in the Standings. The email is shown toward the bottom of the displayed player card.

If you are still having trouble, ask your league manager to reset your password. They can also tell you what your username is if you forgot that.  As a last resort submit a help desk ticket and we can reset your password.

MANAGERS

If one of your players is having trouble logging in, it is always a user problem. You can look up their username on the Edit Player Profile page found in your manager's full control panel. From this page you can also change their email and/or password.
