He went in to change the dollar amount on one of the games that he wanted to change but when he did, all of his other bets were erased. Now when he goes back in, he has the new odds (e.g,, the Saints game went from 5 to 14.5) which are nowhere near as favorable to what he wanted to do. I'm the administrator but I don't know how to change the odds back for him and doubt that I even can. Is there anything I can do to put his bets back to where they were? Thanks.

Hi Mitch.... If the player didn't switch the team (e.g. bet on Saints originally) then it will preserve the spread for that team. The only way the odds would have changed for that game in his picks is if he either de-selected the game or chose Denver and submitted the picks, then when back in and resubmitted with the Saints.
If you still want to allow him to use the original spread (which was 6, not 5), you would have to adjust the pick after the game and pick the winner for him, or you can adjust the standings after the week has processed, since there isn't a way for you as manager to change the spread on his game. As commissioner I do have that capability but won't do it unless I'm compelled it wasn't player error. If you want me to inviestigate the logs for the specific player let me know who it is and I'll take a look. If you want to share his name privately you can submit a ticket in the help desk at support.officepoolstop.com.
