Email in Use

I have players that say they signed up, but I can't see them. I haven't had them to activate or anything. I tell them to try again, and the system tells them that their email is in use. What is happening? It is like they are signing up, but it is getting lost.

Also, I had one player say that he tried to enter a pick, but that I had to approve it. I have 70+ other people that have entered their pick for our survivor pool, but this guy is having trouble. Any ideas?

It would be nice if we could search for people by email or other information.  Also would be nice to turn off the alias option in league settings.

Can you get me an example player who said their email is in use but they can't login? We had a problem with this earlier in the month of August but beleived it had been resolved. For the time being, ask them to re-signup but use a different email.

The player who isn't able to enter his pick is likely seeing a notice that says the manager still needs to approve them. I'll need his name to confirm what is going on.

Thanks for the other suggestions, I've opened enhancement tickets for each of them as I think they make perfect sense.
