Posted Sep 01, 2015 at 8:29 AM Hello, I just saw an email about second place bracket not only to me but my entire pool. this is going to mislead everyone in my pool. I did not decide to do this and I believe these emails should be sent only to the person in charge of each individual pool. thanks! |

This email only went to survivor league managers. So if one of your members received it then they are moonlighting as a survivor league manager. :)

Posted Sep 01, 2015 at 11:27 AM This is an interesting idea. I am managing a small survivor league, so I allow two lives before you're out because it makes the game last longer. I haven't had a season yet where anyone made it to the end without at least 1 strike. Going with the 2nd place bracket method means that there could be potential for no one left to collect the 1st place prize. |

Actually there will always be a first place winner, eitehr due to the Stength of Victory tiebreaker, OR you can configure your league to go until there is one winner. In the case of the later, if a week ends where the remaining survivors all lose, they get an extra life and keep going until there is only one player standing.
