Posted Sep 16, 2017 at 8:42 AM I have a player in my league, 2017 Title Pool, ID 17498, who could not access his team last night.
The player is Barry Glynn. He made a correct pick in Week 1 and is still listed in the standings, but he said the site is not recognizing him as an active player. He signed up again and I approved him, but now he is listed twice. One account has no strikes (2 strike league) but is inaccessible. The other account is accessible but has 1 strike for no pick in Week 1.
This also throws off the league money pool as he is listed twice.
What can I do?

He likely forgot his password. You should set his new sign up as banned, and use the manager submit pick for his original player. Have him use the forgot password link for his original player for next week. He can submit a help desk ticket if he still has a problem logging in.

Posted Sep 16, 2017 at 11:39 AM By changing the status to banned will that readjust the money also? In other words, will the pool go back to where it's supposed to be?

Yes, it should adjust. Note that you can always change status back from banned, so it's not a destructive action.
