Posted Jul 31, 2019 at 8:50 PM I just reactivated my survivor league for the year... I have a user that had a space in his username in the past. But doesn't seem like a space is valid anymore. As the manager can I change his username for him? |

Hi Tim,
Usernames should still allow spaces, in fact my user name has a space. :) Has he tried the forgot password link in case the password is the problem?
FYI, we did update our security package this offseason, and one of the benefits of this change is that it will allow us to support username changes going forward, but we haven't added that capability yet.

Posted Aug 01, 2019 at 5:25 AM We have tried everything. He tried logging straight into the site. He tried logging in through his email invite which even shows his username. His username on his invite does match his username in his profile It won't even let him to the forgot password. It tells him he has an invalid username.
I tried resetting his password, and put a temporary one in his profile.. Still nothing. |
