premium payment declined

I tried to pay for premium a few times today, kept saying declined.  I called my bank (US Bank) and they said they don't see any declined transactions on their end.

Hi Chris... I'm not seeing anything in my logs other than an order at 2:54 PM MST that wasn't completed. My CC processor also doesn't show any transactions. Normally when they respond with a decline I can see it in their panel. Can you try again and take a screenshot of the failing page and the time it happens?

I tried default as well as 90 players, it keeps saying "payment declined"

The message in red is from our credit card processor. For some reason they do not log anything on their end, which is strange because there are plenty of times they do, such as for invalid number, bad experiation dat, etc. I've added an additional log message on the website side that will be uploaded late tonight, can you try it again tomorrow morning? I do think its likely something with your card but I'd like to be certain and hopefully the log message I added will provide more information.

Hope it's ok to jump in here. If I decide to increase the amount of players, what happens with the premium feature? Do I just pay the difference of what was initially paid?
