Submit partial Pick List?

Yes, just be sure to have all your picks in by your league's deadline. Also be aware of the "Grace period" setting, which is the number of hours after you make your picks that you can edit them or make the rest of your picks. This setting is default to 255 and most league managers don't bother with it, but you should be aware of it just in case. Go to Settings -> League Settings to see what your manager has set the deadline and grace period settings to.

FYI, an email will be sent to you after you make any picks, even partial ones, and the email will tell you how long you have to make the rest of your picks.

Just to clarify, Lets say you pick your thursday night game on thursday night but dont touch all of the sunday games, and the legaue setting is set to a 1 hour grace period but you havent made any picks on the sunday games.. does that 1 hour grace period mean you only have 1 hour to pick the rest of your picks for all of the sunday games as well even though you havent made any of those picks?  Or is it that you only have 1 hour left to change your thursday pick you made, and all of your sunday games can still be picked up untill kickoff on sunday?

Well that's a good question. The grace period starts ticking once any pick is made. Most leagues, especially pickem leagues, keep this at the default 255 hours which effectively disables it. This setting is really more applicable to Survivor and Play Money leagues where managers want to limit the amount of time a player can change their mind on their pick. Some Play Money leagues set this to 0, which would be similar to Vegas where once you make your pick(s), you're committed.
