I've confirmed this issue. I will have a fix posted to the site sometime later tonight and will let you know. Let me know the tie-breaker and I can put it in for him when I upload the fix.

You had three players with 0 tie-breaker, I set them each to 42.

OK, I set them to 42 points. Going forward you should be able to submit the change for them. I thought I had enabled this for managers of Play Money leagues but sure enough when I looked at the code it still only allows Admins. I just made the change and it should be in the next upload late tonight, I promise. :)
