Player can't access his account

Hi,

I have a player who has had trouble since week 2 getting into his account.  His name is Frank Carlson and I see his account as Active.  He said he tried again today to sign in to his account using what he thinks is his user account: Paddy.  It shows him that the account is inactive though his score is correct (2 good weeks).  He changed his password but the account remained inactive.  He said the message said that I (the Manager) would need to reset the account.

I checked his account status and all I can see is that his account is Active.  Could he have activated a 2nd account over the last 3 or 4 years and he is trying to log into the wrong account?  He also said he is not 100% sure that Paddy is the correct user ID...

I submitted his pick last week and I can do so again if he can't get into his account.

Any help or suggestions you have to offer would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Ray,

He has two accounts, one with username Paddy (tied to a gmail account) and the other with Fritz311 (tied to a mail.com account). Its the Fritz311 that was used to join your league. So waht I just did is switch the emails and usernames of those accounts. So when he tries to login as Paddy it should be the active one. He still might need to reset his password, I'm unable to tell if both accounts ahd the same password.
