I got a request today for a husband who wants to take over his wife's account, he already had an OPS account with his username and password, so I was unable to replace her credentials with his credentials. It looks like the system is limited to one account per email address? |

Hi Christopher,
There isn't a way to merge accounts, so the best option would be to disable the one that isn't wanted. The system does limit things to one account per email, in fact emails can now also be used as the username.

Posted Dec 15, 2020 at 6:26 AM Fred, where would I find the option to "disable" an account?
Under "VIEW/CHANGE PLAYER STATUS" I see options to suspend, remove, inactive a player, would it be one of those options? |

I would choose remove if you don't want them to show up at all in past or present standings and hall of fame/lame pages, or suspend if you still want them to appear in the standings and other pages. See this page for status details.
