Pot Adjustment

On one of the pools I run here, there is a Pot Adjustment setting-- it's nice because I put in the $ I personally pay to keep the League Ad Free and winnings are adjusted accordingly.  I'm now running a College Bowl Pool and don't see the Pot Adjustment setting.  Just curious if there's a reason for not including it with all pools.  Thanks.
