Bonehead Pick of the Week

There have been a few questions and some consternation on the 'Bonehead Pick of the Week'. :) The determination is pretty rudimentary for Pickem leagues, its simply picking the team that lost by the most, and displaying the first player it finds in the database. For Confidence leagues its a combination of the weight you put on a loser and how much the team loses by. The BookiePool is the most elaborate, taking into consideration the magnitude of loss, size of wager, proportion of wager against player's balance, and risk against rest of league.

I've added a league setting that allows managers of Pickem, Confidence, and BookiePool leagues to disable the Bonehead Pick.
