If one of the people has lost by 14 already today... Can the other person withdraw their pick, and just take the loss without losing any points?
Or do they need to make a pick and lose by less than 14 to win.

Sorry I did not see this until now and realize my answer is too late (just a remidner that the Help Desk is always the way to go to get a timely response). Yours is a good question - it depends on what the manager has the SoV penalty set to for a 'No Pick'. if It set to higher than 14, they would certianly want to submit a pick.
