Posted Sep 04, 2013 at 11:39 AM All, our host provider is currently working an issue that has prevented emails from going through since about 3pm Tuesday. They have assured me that the problem will be fixed sometime today. What this means is that until the problem is resolved you won't get an email confirming your picks. Please be sure to double-check your picks by logging in and confirming that you see your picks on a page titled PICKS SUBMITTED when you click on the 'My Picks' link (you should always be sure you see this page even without the email being sent).
Managers, in the meantime you'll need to use your own email program to send invites and other league correspondence. On the invite page, click the Preview button for the information you need to send to those you want to invite to your league.
If you forgot your username/password fill out a HelpDesk ticket and we'll get it to you ASAP.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Please know that we are using a business class server and fully expect this to be a rare occurrence. I will reply to this once the problem is resolved.

Posted Sep 04, 2013 at 9:06 PM All, the host provider for our site has still not resolved the email issue despite several calls during the day. Again, we reside on a business class server at a very reputable hosting company so I am surprised by their slow response time, which could impact where we host next year. I will keep you updated via this thread, but in the meantime please use your own email program to email your league, and players please confirm your picks on the site and make sure you see them on a page titled 'PICKS SUBMITTED'. I will also add the ability for league managers to see who has not picked, so that they can send a personal reminder. I should have this ready tonight or tomorrow AM. I apologize for this inconvenience.
