Single winner on a week that ended tied

While the tie-breaker calculation is not configurable (the next tie-beraker in your example that determined the winner was strength of victory), you can go in and edit your player's prizes in the Manager Control Panel, under Manage Player Fees & Prizes. Just go to this page and split the prize between the two players and it will show up as you have entered in the Standings.
