when pick is entered ahead of time

 as the owner of my league, is there any way I can see what picks were already put in before 11am sunday? or if they picked last nights game?

Sure, via the 'Submit/Edit Picks For Player' in the control panel. Note that whenever a manager accesses a player's page, the event is recorded in the 'Manager Changes' log that is available to everyone to see. This log is toward the bottom of the League Settings page on the righthand side.
