Yes. The lague manager could of course change the 'Pick Same Team Count' setting, which defaults to 1, to allow you to pick a team again.
One league manager has requested a way to accelerate losses late in the season, so we're either going to add a setting to require the picked team covers the spread, and/or a setting where you have to pick two teams to keep going. IT will be of course up to the league manager whether or not he uses the setting.
