Duplication - Guillaume Beauregard - LePrez Pool

I have a pool member who was already registered but for some reason could not achieve access for his WK 2 picks.

He created another account with the same name and submitted his picks.

I have suspended the first account created but how can we add his WK 1 stats to the new account created ?

This one I'll have to push back on you. Here is what you can do:

1) Unsuspend the first account, then you can submit his picks against that account.

2) Ban the new account.

3) Provide the player with the email form the first account.  Just click on his name in the Standings or view his profile in the manager control panel, then ask him to use the Forgot Password link just below the login using the email you gave him. If he still can't login send me his name and I'll check to see if he had too many failed accesses (the setting is 15 bad accesses in a row blocks you out).

Did steps 1 and 2 but now the standings don' t show the points the player achieved in WK 1

OK, the quickest way is to file a help ticket. We'll need to know the name of the player.

Tried again and seems to have worked this time.

Will let you know if further assistance is required - thanks for the help.
