I'll be honest that this is never a site problem, its usually because the password is case-sensitive, or possibly the browser they are using has saved a bad password they previsouly tried to use (there is also the rare case where someone enters the wrong login many times at which point the site blocks them, but this isn't the case as there are currently no lockouts). What you can do for this week is submit the picks for them, just go to the Control Panel, then under Player Control 'Submit/Edit Picks for Player'. Let them know that the password is CASE-SENSITIVE. Posted Sep 20, 2015 at 4:02 PM He is entering the info that was emailed to him. Still not working. How does he go forward logging in? Can we re set his stuff for him? If you can email me [email protected]. It's easier that way

OK, the problem is that they have TWO spaces where they probably think their username has ONE space. I'll email you the details...
