last man standing option not working??

This is a new request/feature that came in just a week or so before the season, so unfortuantely it did not get much testing. This will be fixed by no later than tonight. There is a workaround but it would be better to let the week complete after the Monday night game, then all players who lost this last week will be restored one life.
