Posted Oct 09, 2015 at 3:27 PM I have two players (married, so same computer/internet access) who both say they stopped getting reminder emails and pick confirmation emails the last few weeks. I'm getting mine and no one else has complained. They have the email enabled under their profile and they checked their junk file - any other suggestions? Thank you |

Check their player log (last link in your control panel). If an error occurred on our server, it would be recorded in this log. If there isn't anything there, its probably something on their end, either their server, its in a spam folder, etc. Fred
