inactive players are getting billed?

I think the amount owed calculation has changed sometime between the start of the season and now.

I just noticed a message on my login...You have a balance due of $10.00. See your account page for details.  I don't think this message has always been there for me.  The account page says I owe 4*league fees when I only have 3 active players.

I have 3 clones on my account but one of the clones was set to inactive before the season started.  Now it appears as if the accounting department is billing this inactive clone for a season in which he did not play.
