I have 2 games active, clone 2 is the only survivor on my team playing game 1, and clone 1 is the only player on my team playing game 2.

I had a pick hiccup today, I can't readily reproduce it but here's the original sequence that I think I followed which caused the hiccup.

1. open picks for game 1, clone #2 is the only survivor, made pick for clone 2.

2. go into change picks for game 1, assuming I had to make a pick for another clone.

3. I realized that clone 1 was eliminated from game 1 so I immediately switched to game 2 from this pick page.

4. the pick page re-loaded blank (no teams were greyed out), I knew at this point that something was funny.

5. I attempted to make a pick for game 2 and got some kind of timeout, I got a warning email to clone 2 "Your pick for the 'OfficePoolStop Survivor Challenge' league were not received due to a server timeout error. Please return to your picks page and re-submit your pick. We apologize for the inconvenience.", so it looks like the system thought that clone 2 was still active.

I tried reproducing the error but I can't do it anymore.

One thing that would be helpful is to display the "submit picks for..." verbiage on all pick pages, regardless if one or more clones are registered or active in the game.  I see this verbiage for game 1 (for which I had 3 clones playing) but not for game 2 (for which I only had 1 clone playing).  This helps make it obvious who you are making picks for in each game.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for making the  effort to try to reproduce. There are some logs I can take a look at that might shed light on the bug you encountered. The one thing I don't understand is what you mean by 'Game 1', 'Game 2', etc. Do you mean you were sitching between leagues? Thanks,

Fred

Fred,

Yes, game 1 and game 2 refer to different leagues.  Sorry I should have used standard nomenclature.
