reset payments / payouts when league is activated?

can you add an option to reset all payments and payouts when the league is activated for the new year?  

I've found the option to do this on the player fee page to do this after activation, if I forget to do this step (or I don't do it right away) then players are coming in with zero balance owed and the reset button could cause me to lose track of who has actually paid.

Sure, I can put this on the todo list. FYI, anyone who has paid will be logged in your manager log, so worst case you can always go through the log to reconcile things.
