Player can make his picks, but unable to select key games

FYI...this is the 2nd time this participant in my pool has run into trouble making his key game picks.  Back  on 9/22/16 I sent a similar question to you regarding this issue.  For some reason this problem only affects this one participant iin our pool of 28 players.  All others in our pool have no issues.

From what I understand, he can make his game selections, but when he tries to make his 3 key game selections, the system won't let him make those choices. Thank you for your attention to this matter.  We are throughly enjoying our experience on officepoolstop.com.

Hi Bill... If its what I think it is, certain folks using a certain laptop are not able to access the checkbox on the games toward the top of the pick sheet, because the 'Mike Tierney' pick suggestion box covers them up. The way around this is the player can close that box by clicking on the 'X' in the upper left corner. It's the only way we could find to get around the problem for this small group of users. I don't want to remove the box altogther because CBS Sports is paying to display it.
