Posted Jul 31, 2017 at 1:20 PM Here's some of the new features added to the site for the 2017 season: Managers 1) Branding. Managers can now set their own color scheme and logo for their league. 2) Player Account annotations. Manager can save notes for each player on the Player Accounts page. 3) Chop Prize tie-breaker option for Pickem and Confidence pools. This will split winnings when players tie for a prize. Players 1) Confidence league Pick Sheet Drag & Drop. The NFL Confidence pool pick sheet has been improved to allow the player to drag&drop teams to the desired weight value. 2) Quick Picks option for NFL Pickem pools and Confidence pools. An email should have gone out to players who made picks in a fixed spread league letting them know about this and to review their picks in case they want to make any changes. Everyone in fixed spread leagues will get the same, corrected opening line. Fred

Posted Sep 10, 2017 at 6:56 PM Hi Fred- I had an email that you responded to my previous message but I can't find it. The spreads went back to the beginning of week fixed after games started. The spreads we picked with were different. Many people contacting me. The only game affected this far was Buf-NYJ. We picked with a line of Buf -9.5. I double checked my email with my picks. I'm thinking it won't work like this next week. In the meantime, can you change that spread back to 9.5 to fix the discrepancy? Thanks I'm advance! |

The Buf-NYJ game legitimately opened at -7, jumped from -7 to -9.5 on 9/5/2017 2:45:25 PM MST. It then moved back to -7.5 on 9/10/2017 6:45:21 AM MST. So, the opening line really should be -7 for everyone. Now that being said, this is the first year we added the point spread option to confidence leagues so there could be an issue with the email. Posted Sep 10, 2017 at 8:25 PM Jason, no need for the email showing 9.5, I can see where the current line is sent with the email. I'll have the email and picks page fixed before next week. I can set your opening line to -7, but what of those players who have emails showing -7 (assuming they submitted their picks before it changes to -9.5)?

Posted Sep 10, 2017 at 9:18 PM It was 9.5 for as long as I can remember seeing. I don't think Anyone used the 7.0 spread. If they can show me the email with 7.0, we can make an adjustment. |

But I do have a reasonable solution for your league that's fair to everyone in it. Just for this week, I have set your league to 'variable line'. If you look at your standings, you'll see that you do have a fair number of players who got the -7 line and even the -7.5 line. This is what they'll also have in their email. What we'll need to do Tuesday morning is switch your league back to fixed line. Fred
