A member of our pool did not pick for the 2nd time, my pool is set up for 1 auto pick only. So the system should have given him a loss. But nothing happened, he just has no pick for this week and no auto pick either, just a blank space. So I changed his status to "No Lives" But I need to know whats going on why this issue is happening.

(we have already had members auto pick more than once and the system performed correctly and gave them losses. Which is why this is so puzzling)

Hi Tony... He's assigned a 'no pick' at your deadline but it doesn't become a loss until your week processes, which only happens after all games picked by your players have completed.

Just food for thought, have you considered changing your deadline to later in the week, e.g. Sunday midday or even Monday? Many managers mistakenly believe they need the deadline before all games start to prevent picking games that have already started and/or completed. If you have a later deadline, past games that already started are simply greyed out on the pick sheet, allowing the late player to still pick the remaining games.
