If the line changes by 2 or more points, it updates on the web site. At the time you make your pick, whatever the line is at the time is the line that is saved with your picks. Some time later another player makes their picks, and the line has changed, which means their line will be different than the one when you picked. Its just like a real bookie. You get the line at the time you make your pick. Your manager does have the option to set your league to use the opening line for everyone, so that no one gets a different line. Fred
