Posted Nov 20, 2018 at 11:31 AM That’s what I’ve been saying..
It didn’t switch. There was no spread ever given.
I checked several times - having a feeling there was an issue.
On the screen where you make picks there was never anything to show -3.5.
This has been happening all season for us with the OFF lines - I gave another example in the above reply.
I thought you said it was because we have “set schedule from manager” being utilized..
I’m positive that at 11:59 CST it showed OFF and not -3.5.
I’m out of it haha so this isn’t for me personally - it’s so it is right going forward..
Thanks,
Holden |

I think we are mostly on the same page. I agree and have log evidence of everything you've said. The bug (not showing the updated line on the pick sheet and standings-picks page) only occurred on a handlful of leagues that started using the new feature that allows the manager to set the schedule. It has been fixed going forward. FYI a future feature we want to add at some point is some sort of way to show players the history of the line change for the league. Thanks again for bringing this to my attention, it really is appreciated. Fred

Ok, its fixed, sorry about that! :) It was related to the new feature where the manager sets the schedule. The last fix did inadvertently break this. Fred

Posted Nov 24, 2018 at 10:41 AM Hey Fred, Hope you had a nice Thanksgiving. So we have another OFF situation this weekend with Baltimore.. However, this time it does in fact show now that there is a line of -10.5 for Baltimore when editing your picks on the "My Picks" screen.. It still shows the spread as OFF when looking at your locked in picks, but on the edit screen it shows the actual spread -- so I'll let everyone in my group know that it is there for them. Is there a way for you to go to Week 11 now and switch it so that the people who picked Baltimore got the W and the people who picked CIN lossed? There was no actual way for anyone to see that the spread was -3.5 based on the issues we've talked about. People were picking based on thinking it was OFF (or no line) not -3.5 Thank you, Holden |

I also hope you had a great Thanksgiving. It looks like we fixed this on the standings-picks page but forgot to do the same thing on the picks submitted page. I just uploaded the fix. This was again related to your using the new 'set schedule' feature. I'm glad you did but sorry you had to be our beta tester for it :). Hopefully this is the last of these to snuff out. It would not be easy to go back and change a single game result from last week for just one league. I gotta stand by my comments earlier in this post (if you go strictly by the rules of using a fixed line, the only real exposure that would impact a player's decision on a game was the 15 minute window before the league deadline where the updated line was not shown). If your league is in agreement you can always post a notice and then edit the current standings. Thanks, Fred

Posted Nov 25, 2018 at 6:14 PM Didn't want to start a new thread because I figure the issue is related... The Weekly Standings won't appear anymore.. Just reloads and goes to the season long standings. Sorry for all the trouble! |

Not a problem! This was broken with an update Saturday to support college bowl pools, and was fixed last night. Fred

Posted Nov 27, 2018 at 8:23 PM Hey Fred, Hopefully won't bug you after this post (really.. hopefully haha) I went to go set the schedule for my League tonight and every spread is listed as OFF - haven't seen this issue before and wanted to let you know. Figure I'll try back tomorrow and see if they are posted.. I noticed that now I am able to actually enter spreads(?) by setting the value (I think?). But no spreads are listed as of now. Thanks, Holden |

Hi Holden, The line updater was restarted and the lines should now be there. On your manger set schedule page, the value box is for value of the game, so you'll want to go back and change it to 1 (unless you want the game to have more value). Some time in the future, maybe next year, we are going to allow managers to set their own line if they want via the Manager set schedule page. Fred
