manager approval error

My league is not set up for manager approval.  One of my entries will not allow a pick to be made because it is pending manager approval.  I have no way to approve it because the settings are not set for manager approval.  The individual was able to create clones and make picks for the clones.  But the parent is still waiting manager approval.  Any suggestions?

If it was pending approval but you had Manager Approve set to No that usually means your league deadline is in the past. All players who try to join *after* your deadline are set to pending approval regardless of the manager approval setting. You can always approve players by going to Manager -> Player Status and setting the pending players to Active. 

After checking your league, I didn't see the issue. If it still exists, can you let me know the individual whose parent is waiting manager approval?
