Yes, email reminders should be sent, usually 24 hours before your deadline. Last week your reminders went out around 1pm MST Saturday. Players can enable or disable email reminders via 'My Profile' -> 'Edit Profile'.

Is there another setting for the reminder email? |

You are set up correctly. The email reminders are sent 8 hours before the Thursday night kickoff, and again 24 hours before your league deadline, which for most is mid-day Saturday. Since you got all your picks in more than 8 hours before the Thursday night game, you were not sent a reminder email.
