For our traditional bracket pools, before the start of the NCAA March Madness tournament you pick the winners of each round, all the way through the NCAA basketball championship game. You get points for each win per round. The point value for each round is configurable by the manager, typically where more points are earned for later rounds. March Madness Pick X Pool

For our Pick X pool, each player picks 'x' number of teams before the start of the NCAA March Madness tournament. Each time their team wins, they get the seed value for their team. March Madness RANKEM Pool

The March Madness Rankem pool is where each player picks 'n' teams and ranks them with a weight from 1 to 'n' before the tournament starts (the manger configures 'n' number of teams to pick).  Each time a selected team wins the player earns the weights they assigned to that team.  You can learn more here, or jump right in and create your free March Madness Rankem Pool now!

Player features for our March Madness Office Pools include:

The office pool manager has many configuration options, including:

• Specifying the number of points earned per round.
• Specifying bonus points equal to the seed value, and/or picking underdogs.
• Specifying final prize amounts for 1st through 4th place, best winning %, best overall Strength of Victory, and best championship game tie-breaker.
• Two custom prizes, where you name the prize and set the winner when appropriate (for example, "most underdog wins").
• Optional tie-breaker on the total points scored in the NCAA Championship Game. You can optionally choose to have your players enter the finals game winners score and losers score.
• Tie-breaker configuration to determine winner when players are tied. For example, the manager can configure best winning %, then best Strength of Victory as the tie-breaker.
