A New Way to Celebrate Your League’s History

League history is a big part of what makes a long-running pool fun.

Championships should be remembered. Great seasons deserve recognition. Career accomplishments should not disappear when a new season begins.

New Hall of Fame Pages

Our new Hall of Fame pages celebrate the greatest performances in five of our most popular NFL pool formats:

• Pick’em
• Confidence
• Survivor
• Bookie Pool
• Margin

Depending on the pool type, Hall of Fame categories recognize accomplishments such as championships, career wins, winning percentage, strength of victory, record-setting seasons, and other notable achievements.

Hall of Fame records can highlight both the history of an individual league and accomplishments across OfficePoolStop. We also added support for legacy Bookie Pool history, helping longtime players and leagues receive credit for accomplishments that predate the current version of the platform.

Introducing the Hall of Lame

Not every league record is worth bragging about.

Our new Hall of Lame gives the other end of the standings the recognition—or ridicule—it deserves.

The Hall of Lame is available for the same five major NFL formats: Pick’em, Confidence, Survivor, Bookie Pool, and Margin.

Every league has a player who talks like a champion in August and disappears from the group chat by November. Now that performance can become part of league history too.

New Career Stats

The new Career Stats section lets players look beyond a single season and explore their long-term performance.

Players can review and compare career accomplishments across multiple years, making it much easier to answer questions such as:

• Who has won the most championships?
• Who has been the most consistent player?
• Who has the best career winning percentage?
• Who had the greatest individual season?
• Who has accumulated the most wins?
• Who has been talking trash for ten years without the record to back it up?

Career Stats are also integrated with player profiles, trophies, archived results, and the new Hall of Fame system. Together, these additions give established leagues a much better way to preserve their history and recognize their best players.

New What-If Simulators and Expanded Trends

One of the most useful new additions is the What-If simulator.

What-If tools are now available for:

• Pick’em pools
• Confidence pools
• Bookie Pools
• Bracket pools
• Rankem pools

Players can experiment with possible outcomes and see how upcoming games could affect the standings without changing any official picks or results.

For example, a player can see what happens if the team ahead of them loses, determine which remaining outcomes give them the best chance to win, or explore how different combinations of results affect the final standings.

Bracket What-If tools also work with advancing teams, scoring by round, Best Possible calculations, and tournament bonus points.

These tools make the final weeks and rounds of a competition much more interesting—especially when several players still have a chance to win.

Expanded Trends and Player Comparisons

The Trends section has also been substantially improved.

Managers and players can now add specific league members to a Trends graph rather than being limited to a predetermined group. This makes it easier to compare friends, rivals, leaders, and past champions over the course of a season.

Trends are now supported across more of our major pool formats, including Pick’em, Confidence, Bookie Pool, and Bracket competitions.

More Informative Standings

Standings pages throughout OfficePoolStop have received major upgrades.

Depending on the pool type, standings can now include features such as:

Pick’em remains one of the most widely used formats at OfficePoolStop, and it has received improvements throughout the pick sheet, standings, postseason processing, and manager tools.

What’s New for Survivor Pools

Optional BYE Week

Survivor commissioners can now allow each player to use one BYE week during the season.

When this option is enabled, a player may sit out one week rather than selecting an NFL team. The BYE is saved as an official selection and is reflected in the player’s pick confirmation, pick history, standings, and pool processing.

This gives commissioners another way to customize the difficulty and expected length of a Survivor competition.

Additional Survivor Improvements

We have also made numerous improvements involving:

• Buybacks and restored lives
• Second-place Last Man Standing formats

The new NFL Pick-2 Pool gives commissioners another easy-to-understand football pool option.

Instead of picking every game, players select two NFL teams each week. The format provides a simpler weekly commitment while still requiring strategy and consistency throughout the season.

New and Expanded Squares Pools

NFL Squares

OfficePoolStop now supports complete NFL Squares pools.

Managers can create a pool, configure the game and prizes, assign or randomize numbers, manage the board, and record the winning squares for each quarter.

Players receive a mobile-friendly board showing their selected squares, randomized row and column numbers, game information, quarter winners, and prize values.

Additional improvements include:

March Madness Squares adapts the Squares format to NCAA Tournament games, with tournament-specific setup, manager controls, configurable prizes, randomized numbers, and result processing.

What’s New for Rankem and Custom Rankem

Rankem pools have received improvements to mobile drag-and-drop behavior, postseason play, standings, archived champions, and line handling.

Rankem improvements include:

Custom Rankem

Custom Rankem allows a manager to create a custom set of teams, contestants, or choices and have players rank them.

NFL leagues can continue through the playoffs with additional postseason formats.

These formats account for the smaller playoff schedule, changing confidence weights, eliminated teams, reseeding, and other differences between the regular season and postseason.

A Major March Madness Expansion

OfficePoolStop’s March Madness offerings grew significantly in 2026.

Managers can now choose from several tournament formats:

• Traditional March Madness brackets
• Sweet 16 brackets
• March Madness Pick X
• March Madness Survivor
• March Madness Squares

Sweet 16 Pools

Sweet 16 pools allow a competition to begin after the opening weekend, giving players another opportunity to participate even if they missed the original bracket deadline.

Pick X

In a Pick X pool, players select a limited number of teams rather than completing the entire bracket. Managers can configure scoring and round multipliers to determine how advancing teams earn points.

March Madness Survivor

March Madness Survivor applies Survivor-style gameplay to the NCAA Tournament, including support for required picks by round, two-pick rounds, tournament deadlines, pick reveals, standings, and elimination processing.

March Madness Squares

March Madness Squares adapts the Squares format to tournament games, with manager controls, configurable prizes, randomized numbers, and tournament-specific processing.

Better Traditional Brackets

Traditional bracket pools also received substantial improvements, including:

New FIFA World Cup Pools

The 2026 FIFA World Cup required us to build an entirely new tournament system.

OfficePoolStop now supports a full World Cup competition combining group-stage selections with a knockout bracket.

Features include:

• Exact group-order bonuses
• Configurable scoring
• Separate group-stage and knockout deadlines
• Knockout bracket picks

We also added a separate World Cup Round of 16 Pool, allowing players to join after the group stage and compete using only the knockout bracket.

New Mock Draft Pools

OfficePoolStop now supports Mock Draft competitions.

Players predict the selections in a professional sports draft, and the system scores their entries after the actual draft takes place.

The format provides another way for leagues to compete during the offseason.

A Complete and AI-Assisted Support Desk

A Complete Support Desk

The old support form has been replaced with a much more complete Support Desk.

Managers and players can now:

• Create a support ticket
• Review ticket status
• Read responses
• Continue an existing conversation
• Upload supporting information
• Search frequently asked questions
• Review previous tickets
• Access video tutorials
• Use a dedicated Help Center

The new ticket workflow also helps us organize requests, identify league and pool information, and respond more efficiently.

AI-Assisted Support

Our newest Support Desk improvement uses artificial intelligence to help answer common questions.

As a user describes a problem, the system can analyze the request and recommend relevant answers from OfficePoolStop’s FAQs, documentation, tutorials, and support knowledge.

The goal is not to prevent anyone from contacting us. It is to provide immediate help when the answer is already available.

Questions that still require personal assistance can be submitted as normal, with the AI-assisted workflow helping us collect clearer information and respond faster.

This is our first major use of AI inside OfficePoolStop, and we expect to find additional ways it can improve the manager and player experience.

Better League Branding

The league Branding system has received a major overhaul.

Managers using custom branding now have more control over how their league appears throughout OfficePoolStop.

Branding improvements affect:

• The My Pool page
• Custom sign-in pages
• Main navigation

• Image previews and management
• Overall page appearance

Branding is now applied more consistently, including pages a player may see before entering the main league area.

This gives office pools, family leagues, charities, businesses, and large public contests a more customized and professional presentation.

Better Manager and Commissioner Tools

New Manager Financials

The new Manager Financials page gives commissioners a clearer way to track league money.

Managers can review:

• Player entry fees
• Amounts paid
• Outstanding balances
• Fees due
• Prize amounts
• Player account status

Commissioners can also email players about unpaid balances and more easily identify discrepancies involving clones, fees, waived balances, or prizes.

Player Accounts have been improved alongside Manager Financials so that the two areas remain better synchronized.

Better Player and Clone Management

Commissioners now have more control over league rosters and player accounts.

Improvements include:

• More accurate clone fees
• Better clone identification
• Support for clones in additional pool types
• Clone profile images
• Prevention of duplicate clone names
• Improved player searching
• Better roster exports
• Past-player display options
• Clearer pick-submission status
• Better removal safeguards when picks already exist

Several manager pages have also been redesigned to work better on phones and smaller screens.

This is still an active development project and is not yet a released feature, but substantial groundwork has been completed.

Our goal is not simply to place the existing website inside an app. We are building a streamlined mobile experience designed around the actions players perform most often: selecting a league, entering picks, checking submission status, and viewing standings.
