Welcome to OfficePoolStop.com, a platform owned and operated by OPStop Ltd. (“OPStop”). The sports pools offered through this site are intended solely for entertainment and recreational purposes, such as office-pool style contests among friends, family, or coworkers. OPStop does not support or permit gambling or any activity that could be interpreted as betting or games of chance for monetary gain.

  • Eligibility & Conduct
  • You must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to register and use this website.
  • Users may not upload or distribute any content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.
  • Prize Tracking & Fundraising
  • OPStop does not collect entry fees or distribute prizes. If a league opts to track prizes, it is the sole responsibility of the league manager and participants.
  • Per-player entry fees must not exceed $150 and may only be used for prizes or charitable fundraising purposes. Leagues must be operated on a non-profit basis.
  • Managers may not profit from running a pool. Any collected funds must be used exclusively for prizes or fundraising goals.
  • Participants are responsible for reporting any prize winnings to their local tax authority in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Service Availability
  • OPStop will make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous access, but we cannot guarantee uptime during events such as outages, high traffic, or natural disasters.
  • We are not obligated to accommodate disruptions caused by real-world events like game cancellations but will make reasonable efforts to assist affected leagues.
  • Lines, Data Accuracy, and Pick Finality
  • Point spreads, lines, schedules, team data, and other informational content are provided for convenience only and may be subject to correction or update.
  • OPStop makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but does not guarantee that lines or related data will be error-free or final at the time picks are submitted.
  • Once a pick is submitted, it is considered final and will not be retroactively modified due to line changes, data corrections, or system adjustments, including after games have begun or concluded.
  • League managers are responsible for setting league rules and resolving disputes among participants. OPStop does not arbitrate outcomes or modify picks after results are known.
  • Account & Content Management
  • OPStop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate your account for any reason, including violation of our policies.
  • Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of OPStop software, content, or services is strictly prohibited.
  • Limitation of Liability
  • OPStop, its employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the service—even if advised of such possibility.
  • Indemnification & Jurisdiction
  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OPStop from any claims, liabilities, or losses resulting from your use of the platform.
  • All legal matters shall be resolved exclusively in the State of Colorado, either in a state court or the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
